Yoga is the perfect antidote to our busy and frantic lives.  
In our yoga classes we will build strength, increase flexibility, find balance, and experience deep relaxation.  We will use our breath as a tool to deepen our relationship with our bodies, as well as calm our minds and heal our hearts.  We will explore the deeper lessons that yoga has to offer, so that the work we do on our mats can inspire us in our everyday lives.  And we'll have fun doing it!
